Make sure you are using high quality oils! There are many that are fakes, filled with chemicals, diluted, or even flammable ones! Yes some labels even list that they are flammable! Crazy right? Only use a reputable well known brand. I prefer to use Young Living since they are the only company that grows their own herbs and pesticide free!
Supplies: Oils are better stored in glass, in dark containers, they do not expire if nothing is added to the oils. Rollers may expire when your diluting/carrier oil goes rancid when it is too old.
