These came out perfect. So delicious.
You’ll need:
- Skewers
- Veggies. I did: green peppers, carrot slices, cherry tomatoes, red onion, zucchini, squash, and mushrooms.
Marinated for 2 hours before putting on skewers:
Marinade:
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- salt, pepper, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp minced garlic, a few drops of lemon oil (make sure you use therapeutic grade) or you can squeeze some lemon in.
Put on skewers and grill!
