1. The Essential Oils Pocket Reference (There is also a desktop version): https://amzn.to/2Ek9Bgl 2. Apps: I have the “REF GUIDE 4 EO” and it’s excellent! Well worth the $6.99. It’s a online version of another pocket reference book that I own. I can quickly look up anything and answer people’s questions.
3. If you get a kit with Young Living, you can join the community with 60K people that I am in and be eligible to receive their paperback resource/guide. Also the community is great for information and giveaways! To get a premium starter kit with Young Living click here and get added to the community.
Make sure you are using high quality oils! There are many that are fakes, filled with chemicals, diluted, or even flammable ones! Yes some labels even list that they are flammable! Crazy right? Only use a reputable well known brand. I prefer to use Young Living since they are the only company that grows their own herbs and pesticide free!
Supplies: Oils are better stored in glass, in dark containers, they do not expire if nothing is added to the oils. Rollers may expire when your diluting/carrier oil goes rancid when it is too old.
