One reason to buy a diffuser from Young Living or a reputable company is because of warranties. Young Living has a 1 year warranty on diffusers! When mine stopped working, they shipped me a totally new one for free!

To clean your diffuser follow directions on box or use this method. Take rubbing alcohol on a qtip and wipe inside on the metal part and around it. Sometimes the oils jam up the metal plate. Those are YL’s instructions to stay within warranty. I’ve also done and seen vinegar and water mix recommended – leaving it to soak for a few hours. Never get water into the air vents.
